                       Jimmy Dade

Jimmy Dade a.k.a Metro J, was born Junior Joseph in July of 1984 Jimmy Dade started composing rhymes at age 11. By age 13 Jimmy Dade was taking on freelance work from local artists in surrounding neiborhoods for a new found talent that he dicovered: Beat Production. Jimmy Dade provides an extremely distinctive sound that contains a cross between the Caribbean, and his native homeland; South Florida.

On the vocal side of things, jimmy Dade brings forth a whity scence of reality; Also, club songs are concidered Jimmy's bread and butter. Mr. Joseph found himself very bored with a lot of things growing up. School never held much interest to the future musician. At age 24, Jimmy went back to school to major in film. Not long after, Jimmy as we all new him was once again bored. Junior Joseph dropped out college after two semesters with a G.P.A. of 3.98, at the the top of the dean's list. The theory to his madness was that he wanted to begin a hunt for a record deal. Jimmy Dade is not much of a vocalist but can hold notes pretty well and he puts every talent to his ability to its full potential, and use, Jimmy's goals are quite simple. Jimmy is aware of his talents, and also has a slight scence of business. All Jimmy wants is to share his talent with the world, and hopefully that will open the doors for him to pursue other entrepreneurial ideas. Today Jimmy Dade seeks a fair artist deal.

Mr. Dade has Produced 7 albums, three of which were his own. Jimmy Dade has produced on one of Rick Ross' early mixtapes in 1997, and the same year produced a singe called "Army Of Thugs" for Slip-N-Slide Rap Group; "The Lost Tribe." Recently,In the year 2008, Jimmy Dade met, and colaborated with Jive Recording Artist "C-Ride" Jimmy Dade & C-Ride co-wrote 7 records in 2008 including "Dat Wat It Is" by C-Ride featuring The Game & Jimmy Dade himself. Jimmy Dade has received full credit for production used by a show named MTV "Made". MTV has used Jimmy's Instrumentals on several occasions and is extremely satisfied by the quality of Jimmy Dade's work

Jimmy Dade is currently a member of BMI. In March of 2006 Jimmy Dade released a single called "Patiently Waitin". By pulling a few strings Jimmy was successful at getting WPEG FM in Charlotte NC. to include the single in their daily program. In November Jimmy released a remix to his fourth mixtape single: "Vulture". The remix features Poe Boy/Konvict Music artist Billy Blue, and C-Ride of Jive Records. In 2010, the hunt continues. Jimmy has grown a lot, and has learned plenty about the ins & outs of the music industry. Keep an eye out. This guy is very talented. Hands down.
